Chikmagalur..It's all abt sipping coffee,Enjoying weather
Christmas weekend came finally ... and we are planning for this weekEnd for last one month.. with so many options in mind and no booking available..... Dandeli,Devbagh,Goa,Gokarna and many other ideas came to enjoy Christmas vacation. After making lot of google searches (love u google) and phonecalls I found one homestay in Chikmagalur but only for a night.... well we decided to go and find out abt the place...Our bikes roared early morning on Saturday 23rd,2007 and we were on the road to chikmagalur....Road was awsum to the destination.
homestay - I was worried about the homestay we booked because I didnt find much information abt it on the net but when we saw it we liked it immidiately.Rooms were neat and clean and it was inside a coffee estate.hosts were very nice and Food was Excellent.. we could stay there just for food...Mr Ansar, Owner of homestay is very frindly person we enjoyed his company and he told us lot of things abt the place etc... we were planning to go to kudremukh but he told us that Kudremukh is sealed now because of Naxal activities so we changed the plan and decided to visit mulyanagiri first day and Hebbe falls, kemmangundi next day.
two days in Chikmagalur were full of beautiful sunsets,Gr8 views, tiring walks,Chilled nights and unforgottable drives on curvy roads...... Will come back Chikmagalur.
